A brick-and-mortar and food service industry establishment on the corner of the shopping streets Fahrenheitstraat and Thomsonlaan. These properties have been under our management for several years. In principle, both buildings have been let under shell lease. The entrepreneurs have made optimal use of the façade for their brands. Both retailers are an asset to the shopping street and we are happy to take care of the maintenance and financial management.
